CONSULTATION
Our initial consultation will allow us to get to know you, and your event. The process begins with your “Wish List”... What vision do you have for your event? What are the required elements? What atmosphere would you like?  What needs to be achieved?  What is the end result you are after?

From there we move to logistics. Who are the attendees? What will be served? When and where will the event take place? What is the timeline? Most importantly – what is your budget?

Your Next Wave consultant can answer all of these questions. We’re here to put your mind at ease, and to help you create the event you’ve been imagining. We encourage our clients to add their own personal touches, but are happy to provide ideas as required.

PROPOSAL
Next Wave Events will submit a written proposal outlining the details discussed during our initial consultation, including estimated costs. At this time, you can decide on our level of involvement.

DESIGN 
Do you want your guests to feel motivated, and charged to learn? Should they feel relaxed, and ready to network? Do you want your guests to feel as though they’ve been transported to another era or an enchanted garden? The look and feel of your event is the most important element.
